Dr. Todd Belok - Physical and Mental Healthcare Provider

Dr. Todd Belok is an accomplished emergency medicine physician dedicated to delivering expert care in high-acuity settings. Currently practicing at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine, he provides comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages. In addition to his civilian practice, Dr. Todd Belok serves as an emergency physician with the U.S. Army Reserve, assigned to the 865th Field Hospital in Utica, New York. His military service includes a 2025 deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, earning multiple commendations including the Army Commendation Medal with C Device.

With a foundation in emergency and mental health care, Dr. Todd Belok brings a holistic approach to patient treatment. He concurrently works as a mental health technician with Temple University Hospital Episcopal Campus. Prior to his current assignments, Dr. Todd Belok was a patient care technician with the Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Washington, D.C., an emergency medical technician with Capitol Heights Volunteer Fire Department, and a psychiatric technician with the Psychiatric Institute of Washington.

Dr. Todd Belok graduated with a doctor of osteopathic medicine from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, and later earned an MS from Drexel University. He completed his emergency medicine residency at University of Illinois Health, where he gained extensive experience managing both medical and traumatic emergencies across multiple hospitals in the Chicago area. When not working, Dr. Belok enjoys cycling and hiking.
